SLOW RELEASE NITROGEN AMENDMENT
Flaxseed (linseed) meal is a slow-release nitrogen fertiliser which is typically 4.8-5.7 %. nitrogen with high amounts of protein. The high protein content is also a great source of nutrition for microbes and beneficial bacteria in your soil.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Apply 1/4-1/2 cup per plant top dress
For established gardens, apply 500g-1kg per square meter and mix into soil
¼ cup = 37 gram
1/2 cup = 75 gram
500g = 3 1/3 cup
1kg = 6 2/3cup
